After 27 years, the law firm of Quint & Thimmig LLP has ceased providing legal services as of March 31, 2024.

 

Paul Thimmig decided to fully retire at that time.

 

However, Brian Quint decided he’s not yet ready for retirement and has become affiliated with the firm of Stadling, Yocca, Carlson & Rauth. Brian will continue to act as bond counsel and disclosure counsel, as he has always done, with the resources of Stradling behind him.

 

Adam Thimmig joined the law firm of Lozano Smith LLP in its Sacramento office. 

 

Paul recommends that any future financings for which he may have provided bond counsel or disclosure counsel services be referred to the Stradling law firm.
